Since version 2 SchemaProf supports the use of different languages for the graphical user interface (GUI) as well as for the messages generated by the datamodel working 'behind the scenes'. Switching between the installed languages is done in the preferences settings.
The default language is English. The languages German, French, Dutch and Italian will be contributed by our TELCERT project partners in the project duration.
In general the language translations are expected to be contributed by the user community. To support this process we are providing the ResourceEditor tool (see below).
The Resource Editor is a graphical editor that allows the user to enter or
modify the language strings for his language while displaying the values and keys of a
reference language alongside.
The Resource Editor is available in the download area in the tools subsection. It may be used free of any charge and is provided as open source.
